2. LOCATION
The NVRs are located at:
- Pampa Melchorita, Carretera Panamericana Sur km. 163, Cañete, Lima,
Perú

Each recorder was evaluated remotely from office PAL400 at San Isidro.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICE
The revision of NVR includes:
- Screenshots from Control Center
- Screenshots from web interfaces and remote desktop connection.
- Gathering of logs from the NVRs using their own inspection tools.
- Analysis of logs from the NVRs
- Status report of the NVRs
- Warranty status report
4. CCTV SYSTEM
4.1. Background
The existing CCTV system at the plant includes NVRs, network video cameras
and encoders by IndigoVision, as well as Bosch encoders and analog ATEX
Pelco cameras, all this equipment managed through the IndigoVision Control
Center VMS software. The Control Center license server is running over an
existing NVR named NVR-AS4000_MARINE. The master NTP server is
enabled on the NVR named NVR-AS4000_WAREHOUSE.
The CCTV system has ten (10) NVR deployed mostly at Melchorita Plant, while
one (01) is located at PAL400 for Lima offices and another (01) at Ayacucho
offices. The VMS was upgraded to version 16.1 on August 2020.

This equipment was found not synchronized with the NTP server. A NTP
service was installed in the Windows Server to keep synchronization monitored.
On January 23rd, an issue with the Drive 12 of the RAID1 corresponding to the
OS described on the Fourth NVR Status Report was solved.
On April 15th, another issue with the Drive 7 (Physical Disk \0\1\7) was found
offline affecting the RAID6 for video storage on this equipment, a case was
opened with Dell Support and a replacement part is expected to be sent,
however due to COVID-19 there were delays the replacement delivery.
On June 26th, the Drive 7 was replaced and RAID6 rebuilt.
Some cameras from Pipeline site were added to this server, at the end of the
inspection this NVR has a total of 46 cameras recording.
No new logs were found related to hardware issues on the server up to the day
of this report.
The 14 drives are distributed in 2 virtual disk, virtual disk 0 has 2 drives of
146GB in array RAID1 for Windows O.S. and IndigoVision software, virtual disk
1 has 12 drives 4TB for storage in array RAID6 for a total of 40TB. Logs shows
fault on drive 7; Virtual Disk 1, the video storage is allocated in this drive;
however, as this is RAID6 array it supports up to two (02) drives offline. The
recording duration was limited up to 60 days. Fans and memories are working
and overall temperature is among normal values, LAN3 is the only interface
being used out 4 ports available.

6. Conclusions
- The LNG CCTV system has ten (10) NVR deployed in all sites distributed
as follows: eight (08) units at Cañete, one (01) at Lima and one (01) at
Ayacucho sites.
- 8 out of 10 NVR are on-line and operational, NVR_60 and
AS3000sn39129241 had been reported as “out of service”.
- The WIN-GP779TGPGLA degraded RAID6 was solve on June 2020,
currently the RAID6 is fully operational.
- All NVR are operational except the NVR-60 and AS3000sn39129241
which are out of service and no new critical logs were found on the
servers.
- All NVR-AS 4000 are in Warranty, on April 2020 NVR warranties for
equipment with service tags FXF0H32, 1V1Y762, 763KXJ2, 764KXJ2,
5KRHQK2 and 6J788P2 were updated, a certificate was provided by
IndigoVision.
- On March 2020, all cameras in PAL400, Real Ocho and Ayacucho
offices were limited to minimize bandwidth consumption as required by
Peru LNG. The change was applied for Live View and Recording
Schedules.
- Ayacucho-LR201612020141 storage duration has increased from 15
days to 45 days average because of the changes applied to all the
cameras to minimize bandwidth consumption.
- Recording storage duration expected for NVR-7010 and NVR-8020 is
around 80 days.
- Cameras from Pipeline were removed from NVR-7010 and NVR-8020
and are currently recording on the NVR WIN-GP779TGPGLA as
requested by the user
- The additional thirteen (13) cameras recording on NVR-
AS4000_MARINE were removed from this server as requested by the
user.
- The WIN-GP779TGPGLA and WIN-4DEB45109PG have a new NTP
service (NTP Meinberg) enabled to ensure synchronization.
7. Recommendations
- Monitoring of the time synchronization of all devices in the CCTV
System. All devices are currently synchronized with the CCTV NTP
(128.0.0.141 recorder) and this NTP is synchronizing with LNG domain
server.
8. Observations
- On August 2020 the system was upgraded from version 15.0.2 to version
16.1 of Control Center.
