I.INTRODUCTION
In basketball, it’s a game for individuals or groups that required to pass the object
between themselves to set up an opportunity to evade and gain territory of the opposing side to
score a goal. There are movement strategies to help the players approaching their opponents to
score. The strategies are moving on the perimeter, receiving pass on the perimeter, attacking
the basket off a pass, moving the ball in pairs, and pick and Roll. The best possible for
individuals or teams to perform is be aware of body concept. Being understand and knowing
how to manipulate your body can play in the most efficient way.
When you doing basketball the joints of your body are being used. Which is a full body

determination to pursue my study and to make this task possible.
During our dance exhibition, there are different muscles involved while we
execute different kind of movements. And here are the three essential moves that we
use in our dance routine.
These three essential styles of dance moves that we use in the routine is
also use these five major types of movements in which our arms and some body parts
are involved. These are the circumduction, flexion, extension, abduction, and adduction.
The circumduction is refers to a movements that part in a circular direction. While the
flexion brings the two body parts closer to each other. Then the extension is refers to a
kind of movements that increases the space between to body parts.
The abduction is refers to a moving body parts away from the center of the body.
Lastly is the adduction. Adduction is the moving of the body part towards the center of
your body. These five types of movements ere all been used in the dance that I’ve
presented.
