providers delivering Staffing and Recruitment services. My background in Recruitment Management, Account Management,
Project Management and Technical Process Management represent a unique combination of disciplines. Personally, I have the

Vendor Empanelment .

Roles and Responsibilities :-


Handling complete end-end recruitment cycle, Mostly for Clients Like WIPRO,ATOS and CTS.
Analysing the client requirement and sourcing the candidates through job boards viz., Naukri and Monster, working with external
workers to get suitable profiles, attending campus drives.
Responsible for handling recruitments in Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance-commerce , Manufacturing , Pharmaceutical and
other verticals Also.
Screening the candidate and checking whether his candidature meets the client norms.
Scheduling candidates F2F and telephonic interviews as necessary and follow up till the feed back.
Good in touch with Spocs to get requirement and feedback ASAP
Salary negotiation, keeping in mind of company margin as the candidates gonna work under our payroll.
Document verification as per the client norms.
Updating candidate details in client website and creation of offer letter, LOU and NDA.
Dispatching the offer letter and on-board the candidate on time.

Manager Recruitment role for All over all Pan India and I'm here for Managing Sourcing Executive, Negotiating and Empaneling
Vendors for Bulk & Lateral Hiring Enhancing Vendor Experience.
Onboarding Vendors PAN INDIA for Bulk / Lateral Requirements. 
Bridging the gap between Vendors & Recruitment Team for smooth hiring experience. 
Currently Working Exclusively towards Lateral and Senior Leadership Roles. Handle Vendor sourced candidates till onboarding journey
is completed.
