Handling Domestic recruitments for various industries like Banking, Telecom, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, FMCG , Insurance ,

Prepare the recruitment invoice. Follow with the client for payments.
Accountable for revenue generation in consonance with the pre-defined targets.
Maintaining lower Delivery TAT compared to competition.
Sourcing & screening resumes through various channels like LinkedIn, Job sites, Internal database, Referrals. Having fair
knowledge of Headhunting, Market Mapping & Social Networking recruitments.
Screening resumes and selecting right candidates after evaluating their technical and inter personal skills to assess their interest
and attitude.
External communication – Contact candidates about next steps in the selection process through e-mail/phone & keep the
candidates informed on their current status/progress, Answer queries of candidates by e-mail and on phone.
Negotiating with the candidates & clients whenever required.
I'm Constantly coordinating with the selected candidates to be able to keep their interest alive and generates more references.
Reference Check of Short listed candidates (whenever required by the clients).
