INTRODUCTION

Welcome to software release v3.2.5 of the Tsunami 8200 product families!


This release is based on release v3.2.4 and address Frequency restriction for product sold in the USA between June
and September 2016.

For products running WORP sync:


- Compatible with v3.0.0, v3.0.1, v3.2.0, v3.2.1 and v3.2.4 software releases

For products running WORP:


- Compatible with v2.6.6, v2.6.12, v3.2.0, v3.2.1 and v3.2.4 software releases

New FCC part 15.407 DFS rule support

- Starting June 1 2016, FCC enforces new DFS rule (extra radar signature detection).

- Unit built prior to June 1 2016 provide user with the option to follow the old DFS rule or the new one

INSTALLATION REMINDER

WORP Sync can be used in the co-located BSU’s deployment with below constraints.
(For More details refer User Guide released along with Beta build)

1. BSU or SU of one network/sector should not see (or see with negligible SNR) BSU or SU of another
network/sector.
2. External noise or interference in the network should be below the thresholds.
3. 1 meter vertical separation is required between units for optimal adjacent channel operation (AB).
4. 1 meter vertical separation and 2 meters horizontal separation is required between units for co-channel
operation (ABAB).
