PE (KWL CHART)

What I know:

Swimming is a sport that is performed in water. This sport aims to move different parts of your body like
arms used to be in the direction you wanted to be. And feet are used to control the speed of your
movements. Swimming is a good exercise to elongate your spinal to have a good posture and tone your
body.

What I want to know:

I want to know the different impacts of being in aqua sports and being in field sports. We all know that
humans sweat when we move to release toxins, but since sweat is liquid and water is liquid, I wanted to
know if swimmers sweat in the water. I also wanted to know why if we spend a long time in the pool
swimming we tend to feel that super painful sensation on our legs that is different from the pain we
experience when we run a very long km.

What I learned:

I learned that swimming can be an individual and team sport that requires the movement of our body in
water. I also learned the four strokes in swimming that include the freestyle is a stroke that has limited
movements. Next is breaststroke, the most popular among all strokes. Third is butterfly stroke, which is
the use of the chest to swan with our hands moving symmetrically. Last is backstroke, from the name
itself back we use our back to swim.
