    CIC/AITEC/A/ 2022/ 644085- 440857 UM, dated 30/12/2022, date of hearing, 16th December 2022.

    Madam,

    In response to the above-referred Decision of the Honorable Information Commissioner against


    your Second appeal under RTI, help was sought under section 5(4) of the RTI Act 2005 from the
    Custodian of the records of this Institute requesting the following information/ copies of
    documents. Accordingly, the point-wise reply of RTI application number ARYIT/R/2022/ 60005,
    Dated 27th March 2022 is as follows:

    1:
    Dr. R.D. Sharma had been given AGP of Rs.10000/- in the year 2012

    2: The copy of the order, dated 13th March 2013 with regard to placing of Dr. R.D. Sharma
    in the AGP of Rs.10000/- as issued by admin officer of establishment branch 1,
    Directorate of Training and Technical Education (DTTE), Delhi is enclosed at annexure

    As the matter pertains tO DTTE, the Decision of Honorable Information Commissioner
    against Second appeal no. CIC/AITEC/A/ 2022/ 644085- 440857 UM dated 30/12/2022,
    date of hearing, 16th December 2022 has been forwarded to DTTE.

    4: Same as above

    5: Yes, the AGP of Rs.10000/- in respect of Dr. R.D. Sharma was wetted by Ms. Rita
    Pahwa the then Assistant Account Officer of the then institute

    6: The reply is the same as that of question number 3 and 4 as above

    7: A copy of order regarding fixation under 6th CPC is enclosed here with at annexure
