2. Analysis: Drawing model diagrams, testing scenarios, ERD's and system specifications
3. Design: Prototyping, designing interfaces and mockups
4. Implementation: Actual coding, system development, and integration
5. Testing: Sanity testing, validation testing, and system testing
6. Deployment: Installation and launching of the final project
7. Maintenance: Updating software, fixing bugs, adding new features as required by users.
