and white balance control, play speed control, etc. Switch parallel connection, dual backup, independent brightness control of three primary

TERMS AND CONDITION:
CONSIDER 1 USD = BDT. 108
1. Validity: 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Shipping and lead time:
a) L.C will be opened by Client and TRANSCEND ENGINEERING will give P.I as CIF Chittagong basis.
b) Lead time: 10-12 weeks from time to confirmed purchase order and advance payment.
3. Confirmed order requirements & payment terms:
a) Valid purchase order with signature is required to confirm an order.
b) Deposit of 50% is due at time of order and the balance is due upon shipment.
c) All transaction is based on USD$ only (Foreign part) and BDT (Local part).
d) Goods sold are not returnable unless there is product defect or quality issues, suject to supplier
product failure analysis report outcome.
e) All sales are final and non cancellable.
4. Warranty:
a) Warranty is valid for 2 years, respectively for standard product list, from date of Invoice; parts
and materials only.
b) Warranty start on Invoice date.
5. Making of all temporay walkway on top of the Bridge (both sides) to support light and other
facilities installation works will be borne by Client.
6. All equipment support for installation related works will be supplied by Client.
7. Working Drawings will be submitted by TRANSCEND ENGINEERING & CLIENT JOINTLY.
8. If required any third party test and Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), all expenses will be borne by Client.
9. If any unforseen cost will occur, it will be borne by Client
10. Our offer (local part) are excluding of Govt. VAT & AIT.
