ADVANCE BAKING

REFLECTION:
Baking is a process of making a cake. Mixing dry and wet ingredients and decorating
a cake. Always secure that your ingredients, tools and equipment are complete
before proceeding in the process. Also, secure that your ingredients are in the right
measurement so that it will not ruin the process and you will create a beautiful and
perfect cake. Always follow the right procedure in baking a cake and secure that you
have the right temperature in your oven.

Our group created a chocolate moist cake. We follow the procedure and measure
the right ingredients. Each member have a different task in order to immediately
finish the cake. Before the day of our laboratory, we discuss the things we need to
bring in making the cake. We planned to start early in order for the cake to be finish
at the exact given time. We helped each other and secured that the things we need
are already there.
