CAPA For BLACK PATCHES IN CRCA

ROOT CAUSE- BLACK PATCHES OBSERVED DURING SPM

CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN- 1) FIFO shall be followed at each stages

2) Chloride Norms
a) Pickling line-25 ppm max
b)Rolling mill-20 ppm max
c) Ecl Rinse Water (10-15 ppm )
3) Pickling Quality surface should be cleaned properly & Process in Pickling -1 only
4) Mill Coolant Parameter should be mentained.
5) Ecl Dryer Temp (105-120 deg c)
6) Ecl squeezing after final rise tank should be perfect
7) Annealing-take care during coil tong greasing /oiling
8) Black patch & Rusty intensity & location for adequate analysis

CAPA For STICKER IN CRCA

ROOT CAUSE- STICKER OBSERVED DURING SPM

CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN- 1)Tapper tension in CR coil during ECL Recoiler must be effective.
2) Good flatness in CR coil ,Shall be free from Center Buckling/Edge Wavy
3)Cold Reduction in HR for CRCA shall be 65% Min
