Developing visual concepts and designs that align with a brand’s identity and meet the needs of clients and
marketing teams
Creating artwork, such as logos, packaging, and promotional materials, using computer software or by hand
Collaborating with clients and marketing teams to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brand’s desired image
and messaging
Researching current design trends and staying up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
Presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders for review and feedback
Making revisions and adjustments to designs based on feedback
Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Ensuring that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy
Providing support and guidance to junior designers or assistants on the team
Participating in team meetings and providing input on design-related topics and projects
Contributing to the brand strategies developed for client projects including ideas that demonstrate insight and
innovation; solutions that engage audiences; and expressions of thinking in words or images.
Understanding the business case and/or client brief through research into the client and subject; understanding the
client’s objectives and having an overview of the commercial content.
Implementing the creative execution during the design stages of client projects, under the direction of a Creative
Director or Design Director.
Collaborating with other communities including planners, account and project managers, art workers and third-
party suppliers such as copywriters, photographers, illustrators and animators to make all projects a creative and
commercial success.
Briefing and overseeing production while paying excellent attention to detail and to the client’s brand guidelines.
Being capable of taking responsibility for owning, shaping, developing and delivering creative projects.
Contributing to successful new business and farming efforts, as well as pitches.
Creating and managing the company’s visual brand identity
Developing marketing materials, such as logos, brochures, website designs, and advertising campaigns
Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that all branding and marketing initiatives are
aligned
Monitoring industry trends to stay up-to-date on the latest design techniques and styles
Serve as the primary designer for all {Company's Name} brand collateral, including but not limited to the website,
pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, infographics, social media assets, email templates, and more
Work closely with the Marketing team to understand objectives and create designs that achieve desired results
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in design and technology and recommend ways to improve {Company's
Name}'s online presence
Assist with other ad hoc design projects as needed
