C\Description of design：
1).Due to the waste paper raw materials more miscellaneous, some dirty,
ink content is larger, design and use to strengthen type washing and
bleaching process of hydrogen peroxide，Process used in the high-speed
washing machine 、 cylinder wire thickener 2 washing equipment ， In
addition to increase the washing of the 1 washing equipment，Ensure the
deinking effect。
2).In the screening of impurities ， using vibrating screen equipment
(hole:3mm)，pressure sereen equipment (slot width 0.25mm)，Ensure the
removal of impurity effect。
3).Because of the hot melt adhesive raw materials containing part is very
difficult to deal with, so in addition to in pulping process have 0.25mm
slotted screen, can remove part of hot melt adhesive ， In the approach
system of paper machine to add 0.15 mm slot screen, equipped with hot
melt adhesive material quantity not big case, can ensure hot melt adhesive

3)、Payment terms
After the buyer prepays 30%, the contact comes into force. The seller is
required to finished all the equipment according to the sighed contract
date, , the buyer will inform the seller in advance inspection of all
remaining devices. If pass the inspection, the buyer will pay 70% of the
contract value to the seller, and then pick up all equipment from the seller
factory. (all equipments).
4)、 Delivery time
3 months after the days of receipt of advance payment
5）、Supply scope description
In the description document, all the mentioned equipments contain main
body of equipment and it auxiliary equipment and parts. Such as motor,
gear wheel, chain wheel, belt wheel, link chain, V-belt, ground rack,
foundation bolt and so on. Equipment and Facilities needed, pipe Fittings
valves and Installation materials and electric wire and cable will be not
provided except Equipment flange interface.
6）、The estimated quantity of the needed containers for all the
equipments:
7）、Equipments/foundation construction/materials that need to be
self-prepared by customer’s selves.
Customers need to self-prepare all the project materials, facilities, and
constructions that don’t belong to paper making equipments system, like
piping, valves, foundation construction, boilers, cables, transformers and
so on.
8）、Description of provided drawings and other data

The seller need provide plant layout drawings, foundation construction
drawings, Water supply and drainage figure and electrical distribution
diagram to the buyer for free.
9）、Technical service and warranty terms
The seller should guarantee that the goods of the contract with brand new,
never used, and in full compliance with the quality, specifications and
performance requirements of the Contract.
Its warranty period is: The rubber parts is 6 months from the leaving
factory date, and the mechanical parts is 12 months since leaving factory
date. In the guarantee period, if the buyer uses the machine by the normal
condition and according to machine usage instruction, the seller should be
in charge of the machine damage due to defects in design or manufacture
of the seller under the buyer. If the buyer needs, the seller needs to send
technicians to user’s plant for guide foundation construction, Equipment
installation and commissioning work at the specified time and responsible
to train customer ’ s technicians . The buyer should arrange user to
undertake the round-trip tickets. The buyer should also arrange the user to
undertake the board, lodging and transportation expenses at abroad.
Technicians abroad service subsidies: USD100/Day.
10）、Installation Period
If Foundation construction and other matched projects are built by
customer without delaying, the entire project will spend 3 months to
complete the installation, then commissioning, and put into production. If
customer needs, we can provide 2-3 months to train customer ’ s
technicians again, but the customers need to pay money for this.
