1 Lay 1 & 3 with the slots facing up.

2 1: Slide B x1 and K x3 into the channel of 3 .

2: Slide E x2 and K x2 into the channel of 1 .
3: Repeat this on other side.

3 Join 1 and 3 together then slide B and K so that they are across the joint. Then
place A over K and E x1 as shown.

4 Secure into place using J x3 and H x3 as shown.

Repeat step 3 & 4 on the other side.

5 Pre-load the following parts together as shown below: B x1, K x4, C x1, J x4 and hand
tight H x4. Now place the pre-loaded into the slot of 3 ready for the next stage.

6 Assemble sidebars 4 x1 and 5 x1 using the following parts from FPK516 & FPK517:
x1 P , x4 N , x4 O secure into place using 6mm allen key. x1 M , x4 N , x4 O secure
into place using 6mm allen key. Repeat this with the other hand.

7 Slide 4 or 5 onto 3 , then secure into place using the joint plate that was put in place
on step 5, by tightening up H . Note: make sure the steel plate is facing into the middle
of the goal.

8 Securing 6 . Place the following parts onto 6 prior to fixing to 4 or 5 .

Attach E x1, I x1, K x1 , J x1 and H x1. These parts are loosely fitted until 6 is in
position.

9 Attach 6 onto 4 or 5 , make sure that E goes through slot and is level with end of the
channel, then secure into position using J x1 and H x1 . Then join the other end by placing
over K and securing into place using J x1 and H x1. Repeat this on the opposite side.

1 aaaConnect 7 pack with 6 . Place F x1 over the bolt that was inserted in step 2.
aaaPlace 7 on top and secure into place using J x1 and H x1 don’t fully tighten up. Slide
the brace 6 and fix into position using L x1, J x2 , H x1 . once tight; secure into place. Then
tighten up H on 1 . Repeat for opposite side. Once complete go round and add G to all H ‘s.

1 aaaNote: It is easier to attach 10 at this stage to 1 .

aaa[a] Tie head line that is in with 10 between 6 so that it is nice and tight.
[b] Attach 10 to 1 and 3 using D to secure 10 into place, also attach 10 to 3 in a
few places.
[c] Attach the rest of 10 on upright when on its wheels.

! WARNING: 2 or more people are recommended to assemble the weighted

back bar. Injury could occur if assembled without assistance.

12 aa Follow step 11 but leave other end open for inserting ballast.
aaa [a] Insert 10 x1 or x2 depending upon goal into 9 x1 so that it’s 30mm from the end.
[b] Slide 9 into 2 by moving 2 slightly back to allow access.
[c] Repeat [a].
[d] Repeat step 11 to complete the installation of the weighted back bar.

Back Bar Assembly

13 aaaUsing 2+ People to lift it off it’s front and onto it’s Wheel.
aaaSlide the 2 remaining pre-assembled joint plate that was done in step 5 onto each end
of 2 . Locate the plate on 5 or 6 then place into the slot of 2 x1 , then slide the joining
plate across the joint so that it is level with the end, then secure into place using H x4.
When assembling the other side push 5 or 6 apart enough to allow the plate to slide into 2
then slide the pre-assemble joint plate across the joint then secure into plate using H .
