    Application
    NOVELUTION G800K is widely used for the dispersion and emulsification of highly
    hydrophobic substances, including wax emulsification, resin emulsification, etc. It can also be
    used as the emulsifier in emulsion polymerization with various anionic emulsifiers, which can
    improve the mechanical stability, freeze-thaw stability and chemical stability of the emulsion. The
    product can be dissolved into thermal water at a concentration not higher than 12%. As the
    emulsifier for resins and waxes, the reference dosage is 5-10% of the resin or wax. In emulsion
    polymerization, the dosage is 0.2-2.0% of monomer.

    Storage and handling


    The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated area in tightly closed containers
    below 40℃, protected from sunlight and moisture. Sunlight can make the product change color
    which doesn’t affect the usage. If reserved above 40℃ for a long time, the product will be melted,
    the pH value will decrease. In above storage situations, the shelf life of this product is 2 years
    from the production date.

    Surfactant has hygroscopic, after opening the container, product quickly absorbs moisture
    from the environment, and air will enter the container meanwhile, which may lead to the slow
    oxidation of products, and could eventually cause deep color or decreased pH value. Therefore,
    the product should be kept sealed and stored in a cool, dry place.
