    Product Sinopec L-G Slide-Way Oil


    Summary Product description
    Sinopec L-G Slide-Way Oil is a range of products formulated from high-
    quality mineral oils and an advanced additive system to provide the special
    frictional properties required for the lubrication of machines with slide-way
    systems. Available in ISO viscosity grades 46, 68, 100, 150 and 220.

    Applications
    Sinopec L-G Slide-Way Oil is suitable for use in:
     Machine tool slide ways, tables and feed mechanisms.

    Features and benefit


     Special frictional characteristics overcome the stick–slip problems and eliminate the ‘chatter’ that can occur with slow-
    moving slideways and tables, allowing more accurate positioning and improved finish of workpieces.
     Excellent antiwear performance protects slideways and extends their life.
     Good protection against rust and corrosion in the presence of water-based cutting fluids prolongs the service life of
    equipment.
     Good slideway adhesion provides resistance to fluid wash-off by metal-working fluids.
     Readily separates from water-based cutting fluids, to allow easy removal.
