1.Ipaisa-isa sa bata ang mga pangalan ng mga tao na nakatira sa bahay
2. Tulungan ang mga bata na gumupit ng mga taong papel na nagrerepresenta sa mga
taong nakatira sa kanilang bahay.
3. Ipadikit sa bata ang mga taong-papel sa isang bond paper.
4. Lagyan ng label o pangalan ang bawat taong papel.
Picture Puzzles (Group 2 Activity)
Materials:
large pictures of a living room, kitchen, dining room, toilet and bathroom, bedroom cut-out
in 4 to 6 pieces to make a puzzle
Procedure:
1. The pupils put together the puzzles first and describe what they see.
2. 2. The pupils compare areas in their house to what they see in the puzzles.

Transition to Quiet Time The teacher reminds the children to pack away the things they used during recess time,
clean up their meeting area, throw their trash in the trash bin, wash their hands, brush their
teeth, change their wet clothes; prepares them for Quite Time
Quite Time The children can rest or engage in relaxing activities. (Allow children to do things like
(5 minutes) drawing, browsing books, etc. as long as they don’t make noise or disturb others.)

Procedure:
1. Teacher gives each pupil a number chart.
2. Teacher asks the pupils to identify the numerals in the chart.
3. Teacher asks the pupils to look for all the numeral 5s and shade them with the colored
marker.
4. Teacher asks the pupils to count the 5s in each column and write down the total at the
bottom of the column.
5. Teacher asks the pupils to say what he/she observes about the totals in each column.
(They are equal).
Procedure:
1. Provide each pupil the activity sheet.
2. Teacher asks the pupils to trace the number 5 in their activity sheet.
3. The pupils say the numbers while tracing the number.

Materials: Bond paper, medium-sized cut-out paper of different colors, glue
Procedure:
1. Give the pupils with the print-out big numeral 5.
2. Pupils paste the cut-out colored papers on the outline. They may use only one color or
as many colors as they want.
