    through on-site events. By way of the mentioned means, it offers
    Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”) services, training and skilling
    of legal professionals and students, conduct on-site events and
    programs being academic and professional in nature, conduct
    Moot Court competitions across law colleges, provide live news
    bulletin service, publish proprietary content being academic in
    nature and act as an aggregator platform for such similar
    academic and professional content by way of blog posts and
    research papers, act as an aggregator for professional legal
    services between legal service providers and practitioners and
    act as an intermediary source of list of advocates and legal
    professionals available for hire by independent litigants and/or
