Activity 1. Reflective Essay

Direction: Read the questions below carefully and write your answer on the space
provided.

During this COVID19 pandemic, what do you think is the importance of physical
activities in your own personal life?
● Doing various physical activities has decreased when Covid 19 first appeared
during this time of year. Keeping us at home doesn't prevent us from engaging in
other things, though. We might therefore also engage in indoor activities.
Because they increase my productivity throughout the day, exercise is crucial in
my daily life. I benefit from exercise in unique ways that no one else can. Exercise
and other activities can help me control my weight and strengthen my immune
system. Additionally, it lowers my risk of developing cardiovascular problems.
Regular activities, such as spending time with family, might help improve my
mood. But the thing I like best about exercising is that it's fun no matter what
kind of exercise I perform. It's reassuring to even consider the advantages of
improving our health in this way, especially in light of the current pandemic that
puts us at risk for serious vulnerability. Physical activity is therefore very
important to me.

What are the ways that you are doing in order to cope effectively in this pandemic
situation? Explain your answer.
● Keeping track of my emotions is one of the things I tried to cope with what is
happening to our nation. Making contact with my friends and family is another
method I find comfort in knowing they are all doing well. I also chat to my
younger brother a lot since he helps me feel better. Exercise and other hobbies
keep me from being completely bored or dwelling on current events. This allowed
me to safeguard my mental health in regards to the effects that COVID 19 has had
on us.
