    1. Check for the safety process is followed for fixing of
    false ceiling.
    PRIOR TO FIXING OF FALSE CEILING
    1. Check for approval of work methodology for fixing of
    false ceiling
    2. Check for availability of Tool and tackles for fixing of
    false ceiling.
    3. Check for the Type of false ceiling to be executed.
    (Gypsum board ceiling / Metal ceiling / Perforated
    Metal ceiling)
    4. Check the shape & size of the GI sections for framing
    work as per drawing.
    5. Check for type of hanging system to be executed.
    (GI section / Wire with gripe)
    6. Check for the bottom level of the ceiling is marked on
    the wall.
    7. Check for the inspection of incoming materials w.r.t.
    approved specification.
    8.. Check for completion of preceding activities like
    electrical installation, HVAC Installation, Plastering &
    Dado of walls etc.
    9.
    Check for availability of approved material.
    10. Check for the ceiling painting / whitewash is completed.
    (if required.)

    per drawing
    2. Check for installation of wall channels as shown in shop
    drawings
    3. Check for fixing of suspenders (GI section / Wire) as per
    specifications.
    4. Check for the spacing of suspender & GI section as per
    drawing
    5. Check for rigidity & alignment of framework of false
    ceiling.
    6. Check for fixing of panels as shown in shop drawings.
    7. Check for screw spacing as per
    requirement
    8. Check provision for fixing of A/C grills, electrical
    fittings, sprinkler, smoke detector & trap doors etc.
    9. Check for matching of joints, closure of gaps &
    uniform finish.
