    This document contains the results of a soil sample sieve analysis. The 400g soil sample was sieved through various mesh sizes and the weight retained on each sieve was recorded. Most of the sample (50%) was retained on the 0.075mm sieve, with smaller amounts retained on larger sieves. A grain size distribution curve shows the sample is predominantly fine grained, with over 65% of particles smaller than 0.15mm in size.
