MAKE PEACE WITH OURSELVES

(opening scene)
Adriel Narrator 1: hey whats on the board, (reads out loud) “NOBODY CAN
BRING YOU PEACE BUT YOURSELF.”
Angela Narrator 2: that’s a beautiful quote. You know Adriel If we are at peace
with ourselves or at peace with the world, we feel calm and contented.
Visruthan Narrator 3: yes my parents used to say, “Being at peace with ourself
gives us more control over ourself.
Kavya Narrator4 : and yeah the external factors won't affect us as much, because
we prioritize our emotions and well-being and don't dwell on the things that don't
matter.
Angela Narrator 2: (laughs) “Don’t Dwell on things that don’t matter” easier said
than done. Guys have you ever wondered, What would have happened if our
favorite fairy tale characters had made peace with themselves and didn’t dwell on
things that didn’t matter?
Kavya Narrator 3: Fairy tale characters making peace with themselves… whats
wrong with them, they are cute and good at heart.
Angela Narrator 2: Good at heart yes they are, but are they really smart?
Adriel Narrator 1: I don’t get this. I thought they were all smart, brave and
beautiful.

SCENE 2:
Chriteena: (Starts with music)
Oh how divine
Glamour, music and magic combine
Every prince, every dog has his day
(prince dances merrily)
But the old woman is mad at the prince who is the reason for her
dismay.
Enchantress Rona: Hey you prince, you disrespected me. Remember,
appearances are deceptive, for beauty is found within.
Vishwajith prince: oh what have I done, forgive me for my follies. I repent my
actions.
Enchantress Rona: you have gone way too far for forgiveness. You were too
proud of your looks, here you go…
The Prince screams and turns into an ugly creature.
Vishwajith: What has happened to me… oh no (sobs)
Christeena: Oh no poor Prince, if only the prince could earn a true love, his spell
would be broken. And so devastated, the Beast would shut himself in the castle.
Vishwajith: (walks towards the castle) Wait a minute, I have lost my looks, I now
have two options, I must fall into despair and lock myself in this cursed castle, or I
can accept what has happened and carry on with my life. And that sounds better.

Oswald The knight: I’m sorry my lady you aren’t lucky enough to marry a prince
and get rich.
Step sis 2 (Dhanushka): So I’m the lucky one… I’m going to be mighty rich. oh
noooo its too big for me… I have slimmed down you see I was on a diet recently…
The knight Oswald: sorry young lady, eat healthy and be cheerful. Cinderella now

business?!! (laughs scornfully)

mind. the Prince Beast has announced free education, I’m going to go there and
pursue my studies. Ah I’m going to be a Dr. Cinderella, sounds good.
Dhanushka: if you become a doctor, then I will also become a doctor.

Mirror(Britto): oh come on, Fairness has got nothing to do with beauty. I repeat
you look great. You are talented, you have a good leadership skill, you are healthy,
I like your self-care…. And yes you have an enchanting smile. And my dear lady,
im not under repair, I’m updated and upgraded, its time that you change too.
Stepmom(Jovita): oh I thought to be beautiful is by being fair, but no, honing
your talent is beautiful, staying healthy is beautiful, most of all appreciating
yourself is the most beautiful attribute one can have. Wow thank you sweet mirror.
Mirror (Britto): that’s good. Accept and Make peace with yourself and lead a
peaceful life.
Adriel Narrator 1: Ah life is too sweet when we accept and make peace with
ourselves.
Vishruthan Narrator 2: Accept what you can’t change or control.
