Contract
Beyond Ordinary Event is a Makati-based event management company that has helped clients plan for
successful events. We are devoted to providing our clients with the tools and expertise to host successful
events that foster relationships with existing clients and engage with new clients.
The Beyond Ordinary Event have successfully assisted clients in the MICE Industry in the past with such
events as Festivals, Life Cycles, and Conventions, etc.
This Event Contract states the terms and conditions that govern the pledged agreement between Beyond
Ordinary Event and Mrs. Javier who agrees to be bound by this Contract.
WHEREAS, the Client is conducting a Festival Event, that focuses on a Pageant that will happen to the
Mall of Asia Complex on January 18-20, 2022.
WHEREAS, the company agrees to manage the Event according to the terms and conditions herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the mutual agreements made by the parties within this Contract,
the Company and the Client covenant and agree as follows:
BEYOND ORDINARY EVENT'S DUTIES

1. Pre-Event Planning
2. Physical Set-Up of Event Site
3. Welcoming Event Attendees
4. Preparing and Distributing Event Materials
5. Food and Beverage Preparation
6. Speaker Accommodation
PAYMENT
The total cost to be paid to the Company by the Client for the services hereunder shall be 770,000.00 php
DATE PAYMENT
December 18, 2021
CANCELLATIONS
In the event occurrences change and the Client must cancel the Event, the Company make its best efforts
to revise its planning to reflect the Client's needs. However, the Client agrees and acknowledges that a
change in short notice may cause severe complications for the Company and thus the Client shall forfeit
its Deposit. The Client must cancel the event within 6 days.
PROMOTION
The Client hereby approves the Company to utilize the Client's logo and associated trademarks as well as
any media, photos, or footage from the Event, in promoting the Company’s Services.
APPLICABLE LAW
This Contract and the Statement of its terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws
of The Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
national and states courts located in Philippines, Makati.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the Parties has executed this Contract, both Parties by its duly
authorised officer, as of the day and year set forth below.

Dispute Resolution and Legal Fees

In the event of a dispute arising out of this Contract that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the
Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the matter cannot be resolved through mediation, and legal action
ensues, the successful party will be entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’
fees.
Severability
In the event, any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part,
that part shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement and all other provisions should continue in
full force and effect as valid and enforceable.
Legal and Binding Agreement

This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. This Agreement may be entered
into and is legal and binding both in the United States and throughout Europe. The Parties each represent
that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the State and/or Country in which both
Parties do business. If the Parties do business in different States and/or Countries, this Agreement shall be
governed by Makati Regional and Trial Court.
Entire Agreement
The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement represents the entire agreement between the
Parties. If the Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to
be signed by both parties.
