a means of altering our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It gives you goals to work for and
assists you in problem-solving. Motivation converts a good idea into rapid action. It transforms a
good concept into a business that has a beneficial influence on the world around you. Nothing

SHORT-TERM GOALS:

1. ADD PRODUCTS
Keeping at least one new product on hand is advisable. For instance, we sell various
medical-related merch and are bound to many rivals. We'll add at least one new collection as
needed to expand quicker and stay ahead of the competition. However, not any collection will
suffice. We ensure that it is a trendy assortment that will draw buyers.

Regardless of the industry, our new products would be something we can charge at a reasonable
price and then package with eco-friendly-made packaging to generate attention, which will assist
drive sales and build tremendous brand awareness.

2. IMPROVE AND COMPILE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK


Our priority in the first months of opening would be our customers. It is important for the
company to gain its trust. This is a strategy to gather more customers. Customer feedback may
influence other customers to patronize us and visit our shop.

3. MAINTAIN THE STABILITY OF OUR PROFITS


The importance of checking whether our company has an ROI or not is crucial. This is to identify
whether we still should move forward or cut back on our expenses. Therefore, it is our goal
before making our next move to ensure the stability of our profit.

4. ACCOMMODATE 60 CUSTOMERS IN A MONTH


From our opening, we must be able to accommodate at least 60 customers every month. This is to
ensure that we are growing and not losing customers for our company to reach other goals, such
as stability of profits.

5. IMPROVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE TEAM


Maintaining a healthy work field is very much important in order for everyone to feel comfortable
and at peace when thinking and developing new ideas, solving problems, and of course, having
healthy and happy meetings. This can be done through constant communication and
team-building.

1. INCREASE SOCIAL MEDIA FOLLOWING


Growing our social media following takes effort, but the exposure we obtain is well worth it. To
begin, we will concentrate on marketing using channels we are already acquainted with, such as
Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. We will include "Follow" buttons on our
website, links to our social media sites in email blasts, and cross-promote across our numerous
social media profiles.

- First 6 months from the opening day: obtained more than 1,000 followers
- 1st year from the opening day: obtained more than 3,000 followers
- 18 months from the opening day: obtained more than 6,000 followers
- 2 years from the opening day: obtained more than 10,000 followers

2. HOST SOCIAL MEDIA EVENTS


- We will also consider organizing Facebook competitions and Instagram freebies to grow
our following or conduct giveaways to reach more accounts. Many social media
competitions are based on consumers following our company or tagging friends, which
will help us gain more followers quickly.

3. INCREASE SALES
From the time we have already established our company, we must be able to increase our sales
through various methods such as releasing promos, vouchers, collections, and collaborations with
other brands, establishments, and superior organizations such as offices and schools.

4. ESTABLISH ANOTHER BRANCH IN THE CITY-TOWN PROPER


Expansion such as the opening of a new branch already means success for the company. It is a
goal for not only accommodate students from LORMA but also the entire city by opening new
services.

5. ADD PRODUCT CONCEPTS IN DIFFERENT MEDICAL PROFESSIONS


Our products are mainly focused on the profession of Medical Technology. However, once our
business has reached stability and had attracted many customers, it is our goal to add more
products for different medical professionals such as nursing, respiratory therapists, different kinds
of doctors in the medical field, and others.

6. MANAGE OWN MATERIAL PRODUCTION


The manufacturing of our products will be done by shops that offer services such as printing and
embroidering since obtaining equipment for own personal use can be expensive. However, we
aim to own and manage our product and material manufacturing to save us time, effort, and
money. This will also lessen mistakes in product quality.
7. HIRE EMPLOYEES
Since we aim on owning our product manufacturing, we will be needing to hire employees who
will do the job for us. This is a major step in the growth of our business.

8. PARTNERSHIP AND INVESTMENTS


In order for our business to grow, even more, we must be strong and stable enough to acquire
investors and partnerships who trust our craft and work. This will stabilize the company even
more and be patronized not only nationally but internationally.

9. CHARITABLE WORKS
Involving ourselves in charitable works is our way of giving back. We ensure that the money of
our customers who invest in us, big or small, has a place for those who are in need. With this,
10% of our proceeds shall be allotted to providing financial help to those in dire of blood
transfusion.

1. KNOW OUR TARGET MARKET


- Since our products are mostly trendy stuff, we cater to students who are in high school,
both Junior and Senior high, and college students, specifically those who are in the field
of medicine. Other students under different programs can still shop in our store which
may serve as a gift, a remembrance, or even a souvenir to students’ loved ones.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
- Mostly Gen-Zs (1997 - 2012) and Gen Alpha (the early 2010s - mid-2020s)

- Senior High School Students
- Medical Students especially under the program Medical Laboratory Science

2. ANALYZE MARKET
- There are only a few to no available physical and online shops that sell products related
to the course of Medical Technology. Existing shops cater mostly on a generalized basis,
a one-stop shop for all different kinds of professions. This will be an advantage point to
the business for putting up a shop that sells merchandise about the Medical Technology
profession and other medical professions. However, it is also considered to be a risky
step.

There are some online shops on platforms such as Shopee and Lazada that sell medical
merch like enamel pins, ID badges, tote bags, and other stuff but other non-related
products accompany them.

3. ANALYZE COMPETITION
- Since our company is just starting, existing business owners are way ahead of us.
However, it does not mean we can’t go with the flow. We plan to observe what
approaches they follow in terms of the flow of their company and use it as an inspiration
to improve it.

There are a few stores that sell merch limited to the profession of Medical Technology
but there are hundreds of existing stores that sell the same products our company has to
offer. The only difference is the brand, the quality, and the services. It is best to identify a
competitor’s strengths and weaknesses to identify when and where to improve.

One shop that is similar to our company located in San Fernando City, La Union is the
KrieytibHub. They sell different stationery products, tote bags, shirts, bucket hats, and
mugs. They also offer printing services and customization.

f. PROCESS

[PACKAGING]

- ONLINE DELIVERIES
- Products will be packaged depending on the size and quantity of
the products purchased by the customer.
- Products will be packed using a corrugated box where customers
can recycle them, filled with shredded paper from scratches or
unused papers so the products do not move inside.
- Pouches and mailers to be utilized in the shipping will be an
eco-friendly and sustainable pouch known as the Plant-Based
Mailer by the company “thegoodtrade”.
- For limited edition items that are delicate and fragile, a box will
be utilized that will be filled with biodegradable and edible
packing peanuts.
- Bubble wraps will be disregarded and kraft honeycomb paper
wrap will be utilized for delicate products such as mugs and
tumblers.
- Products such as hoodies, T-shirts, drawstrings, and tote bags,
will be wrapped in separate eco-friendly tissue paper sealed with
a sticker.
- All packages will receive a “thank you note” from the company,
a business card, and freebies.
- A sticker will be attached to the package indicating an
environmental-friendly and cruelty-free materials were used in
the packaging.

- PHYSICAL STORE PACKAGING


- All purchases will be packaged using a kraft paper bag that is
eco-friendly with a stamp of the brand's logo.

- Shipping conditions will be based on the shopping platform where the


product was ordered and purchased. Problems in shipping will already be
covered by the platform and are not under the control of the company.
- For purchases ordered from different social media platforms such as
Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, the company will directly handle the
shipping process. In this regard, a Google Form will be provided by the
company to be filled out by the customer which will include his/her;

● Email Address
● Contact Number
● Product purchased
● Mode of Payment (GCASH, BPI, BDO, LANDBANK)
● Mode of Delivery (LBC, JRS Express, JnT)
● Total bill
An invoice will be sent to the email address of the customer
providing the complete and correct details of the customer and the total
amount of the customer’s purchase, including the packing and shipping
fees. This will serve as a confirmation of the customer’s order and proof
for the customer’s side in case any problem will arise.
The Cash on Delivery option will not be available if it will be
ordered from social media platforms because of the shipping fee that has
to be covered by the customer.
- The schedule of shipping will be posted and updated on the different
social media platforms.

- Products of Mie Clad Essentials are of high quality at an affordable price. Since we cater mostly
to students who want to study in an aesthetic and personalized way, we make sure to release
products that may be cheap but it is environmentally friendly, cruelty-free, and of high quality.
We want to establish an image to our clients that we are an approachable company that can help
students in their studies, in their needs, and their wants, in the most aesthetic way possible.
6. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
- This is a crucial aspect of our marketing strategy for us to have an overview of whether we are
gaining profit from our efforts and investments or if we have to change our game plan. The
decision of whether we will continue or we will have to stop our business will depend on our
financial situation.
