i learned there is two there are perspective TQM which is Fishbone

CHAPTER 8 (COMMUNICATION) DIFFICULTIES AND REASONS
-The difficulties that i faced is to read all the important point from the textbook .It is
because i dont really like to read and im more prefer hear the explanation rather than
reading it.
CHAPTER 9 (QUALITY)
For this chapter i actually dont have any difficulties because i already understand this
chapter from subject MGT028 when i was a pre-dip student.
CHAPTER 10(MANAGEMENT IN ISLAM PERSPECTIVE)

The difficulties that i faced is i slow to understand this chapter. It is because maybe i lack
of religious knowledge.
CHAPTER 8 (COMMUNICATION) strategy to understand
-i will do a note from this chapter and will highlighting the important point from this chapter
and i will change my weakness into my strenght which is hate to read into love to read
CHAPTER 9 (QUALITY)
For this chapter i will sharpen my undestand even more eventhough i already learnt this
chapter.

i will frequently ask a question about this chapter and go consult to my lecture to make my
underestanding for this chapter is 100% fully understand.
CHAPTER 8 (COMMUNICATION) THOUGHT AND FEELINGS
After finally understood this chapter i have solved my own problem which is to cofront other
when i have a conflict with them

This chapter makes me have my own dreams to make a product and selling it with a great
quality and also to understand what our customers needs.

iAfter learnt this topic i have seen the beautiful of islam perspective on management and it
also increases my spirit of leaderships because of the Principles of Islamic Leaders.
CONCLUSION
Each chapter have a lot of important point that we probably will be use in
future in our daily life. Besides, i having a up and down while studying all
of this chapter but also having a lof fun and enjoying the flow. On top of
that, as a student we should study all the chapter so that we learn a lot
of thing and also get a lot of benefit from it.
