STANDARD INTERMEDIARY CONTRACT

(for player to submit)

THIS STANDARD REPRESENTATION CONTRACT (“THE CONTRACT”) is made BETWEEN

IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:


1. APPOINTMENT
a) The player requests the intermediary to negotiate with clubs to
conclude a player contract for the player

(b) Exclusive or non-exclusive


The player’s request to the intermediary:
□ is exclusive to the intermediary, and the player will not make the
request to other intermediaries
□ is non-exclusive, and the player can make the request to other
intermediaries

2. DURATION
The Contract shall take effect on and will terminate on
(maximum 3 years)
without notice.

3. REMUNERATION
The Player shall pay to the Intermediary a commission amounting to % of
the Player’s Basic Gross Income as a result of any employment contract
negotiated or renegotiated by the Intermediary, payable as follows:
A lump sum payment at the start of the employment contract ☐

(No remuneration will be due to the Intermediary while the Player remains a
Minor).

4. TERMINATION
The Contract shall be automatically terminated with immediate effect upon
the expiration of the contract. Either party may terminate this contract with
immediate effect by notifying to the other party (the intermediary or the
player) in writing. Nevertheless, the party who terminate the contract shall
compensate for damage to the other party.

5. SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Any other arrangements between the parties in any way connected to the
provision of the services set out in the Contract shall be in accordance with
the requirements of Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) Regulations on
Working with Intermediaries and must be attached to the Contract and
lodged with FAM together with the Contract.

6. DISPUTES
Any dispute between the parties arising out of or in connection with the
Contract, including but not limited to any question regarding its existence,
validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by FAM Status
Committee and FIFA (for foreign player).

7. GOVERNING LAW
The Contract and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in
connection to it are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with
FAM, AFC and FIFA regulations.
