    Madam:

    Greetings of peace and prosperity!

    I am writing this letter on behalf of the administration, faculty, and students of FAEMHS.
    I request your permission to use the covered court of the municipality as the venue for
    our Completion Rites of Grade 10 and the Graduation of Grade 12 on July 12, 2023.

    The covered court is ideal for our event because of its ample space. It can
    accommodate a large number of attendees, including parents and guardians, friends,
    guests, and school officials. It is also convenient since it is in the heart of the
    municipality, making it accessible to everyone.

    We assure you that we will take all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety and
    well-being of all attendees. We will comply with all health and safety protocols the
    government and local health authorities set.

    Moreover, we will also take responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of the
    venue before, during, and after the event. We will deploy our staff and volunteers to
    help set up, decorate, and clean up the area.

    This event is a significant milestone in the lives of our students, and we want to make it
    a memorable and meaningful experience for them.
