    GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, (state personal circumstances), do hereby name, appoint and constitute ___________, (state
    personal circumstances) as my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, in my name, place and stead, to
    manage and administer my properties consisting of ___________, including the existing improvements
    thereon, located at _________________ and for that purpose, to do and perform the following acts to
    wit:

    a. pay the realty taxes due thereon and update the insurance of the said properties
    yearly;
    b. manage, preserve, maintain and cause the repairs and maintenance of the said
    properties;
    c. protect and perform such acts necessary to protect the said properties from any
    intruder or unlawful occupants;
    d. perform and execute all acts of administration and management of my said properties
    as fully and effectually for all intents and purposes as I could have done if personally
    present.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney. in-Fact full power and
    authority to do and perform all and every act necessary and requisite to carry out and
    implement the foregoing authority as I might or lawfully do it personally present.
