The scope of AMS Project is to manage its Business Objects (BO) solution both maintenance
and enhancement. Previously the system was in BO 6.5.1 and currently running on BO XI R3 with
multiple language options to support users across different countries.
The Client wants system which can give intelligent information regarding the existing business scenario

The GPMR project intends to deliver Credit Management Information that will enable the business to
monitor and manage the Credit MI to Downstream management and will enable the business to monitor
the Credit Management information in 35 countries. It will deliver the globally agreed KPIs, Global
Reporting and Credit Reports.

The scope of the project is to Design and development of Business Intelligence System for Shell
International Petroleum to analyze the KPIs also the Shell site and its competitor site analyses.

User of HP. The scope of the project is to develop Universe for the stores information, GMIS Stores
application and standard reports, KPI definition reports which would be available for access through the
Group MIS application to the users at different levels like Store Managers, Store Directors and
Operational Directors with the correct level of information as per the users’ level in the hierarchy. The
reports provide Daily/Weekly Summary & Trend information of the KPI’s within the Business area.
The Group MIS would be the replacement for I4B (Information for Business) a reporting system
