With reference to your application and successive interviews with us, it gives us immense pleasure to
offer you a promising career with Extramarks Pvt. Ltd.. The broad terms and conditions of your
employment will be as follows:
You shall be designated as a Business Development Executive and you will be reporting to the Mr. Ashok Sah
.You shall be doing all joining formalities at the registered office of the Company or at other designated location.
Further, you shall be eligible for leaves and other benefits pursuant to Company’s Policies, as amended
from time to time.
Compensation
Your Gross salary will be INR 27,000/- per month. It must be noted that the salary structure of the
company may be altered/ modified from time to time. Further, salary, allowances and all other
payments/benefits will be governed by the company rules as well as statutory provision in force from time
to time and subject to deductions of appropriate taxes at source.
Commencement Date
Your appointment shall commence on your joining Great Champ on or before 03-04-2023, as mutually
agreed upon and your shift times will be confirmed post your joining.
Pre-Employment Conditions:
Your offer of employment and after commencement of your employment, your continuing employment
with the Company is conditional upon:-
Satisfactory background verification including but not limited to proof of educational, professional
qualifications, sound employment history and your proof of identity (preferably Aadhar card).
There are no contractual obligations with respect to your earlier professional associations that would
prevent you from delivering your responsibilities with the company or taking up this position with this
company.
