User Management After Sales (UMAS) is the central platform for registering your service operation and for applying for authorizations or managing them.
Step-by-step guidance is given below.

2. Selecting registered user or new registration

1 If you already have a Daimler User ID (e.g. C2…;


C5…), then go to Login to request access and click
the "Login" button

Note: If you need help, click on the Support icon at


the right screen edge. This takes you directly to the
contact form, in which you can then enter your
concerns. This icon is available everywhere in the
registration process.

3.1 XENTRY Shop – basic access


Authorization to purchase WIS, ASRA, XENTRY Tips,
Parts Information for ISPs (EEA, Switzerland, Great
Britain)
This takes you to a new page and you may need to
enter your value added tax ID here.

2 Then click on "Request"
You will then receive an email with your access data to
the XENTRY Shop.

receive an email with your access data, otherwise you
will only receive a confirmation email.

3.3 Standard Diagnosis Role


Application of new diagnosis rights as from E-Class
2020 facelift (model series 213)

1 Please check your data and confirm the various


access requirements.
2 Then click on "Send"

Note: User identification or workshop administrator


approval is required here.

You will receive a confirmation email. Then you will


receive an email for the identification process - please 1
follow the instructions. After successful identification
you will receive another confirmation that you have
been issued with XENTRY Diagnosis rights.

3.4 Digital Service Booklet (DSB)


Application of online service booklet

1 Please check your data and confirm the various


access requirements.
2 Then click on "Send"

You will then receive an email stating that your product


was activated with the link to the DSB.

4. New Registration
Please fill out the new registration form at
https://umas.daimler.com/orgprocess/#/.
Note: If you enter a value added tax ID – depending on the market
involved - you will receive "XENTRY Shop – basic access" (3.1). If not,
only your organization will be created and you will then be issued with a
Daimler User ID.

You will receive a total of 3 emails:


1. Order Confirmation: Confirm the registration for XENTRY Shop.
Please open the confirmation link to generate the user data.
2. Daimler GEMS IAM: Confirmation email that you have administrative
rights for your organization (Org Admin).
3. Daimler GEMS IAM – Your new GEMS user account: You will
receive a Daimler User ID and an initial password. Use this access
data to login at Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect and then change your
initial password.
To use the remaining UMAS options, login to UMAS
Optional: XENTRY Shop Account Email with your User ID

5. Login in XENTRY Shop

Please use the login data in your email to log into XENTRY Shop
(email address and password).

After logging in, a pop-up automatically appears that prompts you


to change your password. You are then forwarded to another page
on which you must define your password.

6. Ordering or Extension in XENTRY Shop


(WIS purchase used here as an example)

6.1 All the information about the applications is available at the


"Products" tab. You also have an option here to purchase
access authorizations for the applications.
6.2 At the end of the page you can select the respective category
(Cars, Commercial vehicles and smart vehicles), for which you
wish to purchase an access authorization.
6.3 After selecting the category you will see the various periods
of use that you can then purchase. Select your preferred period
of use and add it to the shopping cart using the "Add to shopping
cart" button.
6.4 Now you can add more access authorizations to the
shopping cart or you can complete the order by going to the
Step 6.3
"Shopping cart" tab at the top menu.

Please be aware that the bought time slot starts directly
! after your purchase.

6. Ordering or Extension in XENTRY Shop


(WIS purchase used here as an example)

6.5 Have your C-User-ID ready (e.g. C2…; C5…) or if you are
authorized to make orders in your company (Admin User), the
C-User ID of the employee for whom the access authorization is
to be ordered. You must enter this in the "User-ID" field. Then
click the "Add to shopping cart" button, to be forwarded to the
payment details.
6.6 You are then taken to the page on which you can enter your List of ordered products

payment details. You can choose between the payment methods


credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or PayPal.
6.7 After making the payment you will be shown an order
overview. This is then sent to you in an email in German and
English.

6.8 You can check your order history in the menu at the

7. Access to Applications

To use WIS/ASRA, XENTRY Tips and Parts Information and


DSB, use the login data from the Daimler GEMS email (C-User
and password) to log into Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect:
