Yes it can happen to anyone not just in school but in other places such as work place or even home
because there will always be a perpetrator who will take advantage anytime and anywhere because of
the mindset that they’re above might as well do something that would make them “happy and
satisfied”.In my conclusion the girl didn’t agree for this agreement since there are other reasons for her
to take and might as well report the offender dressed in a teacher’s coat because it’s not just a
harassment but an insult to her integrity and morality as an individual.Yet,in reality,some students agree
for this agreement because they lack resources and they see this as the only option especially if the
student doesn’t have enough resources for his/her school and this perpetrator take this as an
advantage.Power harassment is a kind of harassment in which the professor used his position to harass
and take advantage of it to commit his sinful plan towards his student.She has the power to speak her
rights and punish his teacher with the power of the law since it is against with their code of ethics as a
profession and they’re considered as offender.With the power that you have,you have right and choice
to give yourself the justice that you deserve because harassment isn’t just a harassment but rather a
trauma that can affect your function as an individual of this society and the development in yourself can
be hard as this barriers and offenders occurs.Those who have experienced sexual harassment, like me,
may feel at ease in this setting/topic. As a consequence of this experience, I now have more courage and
self-confidence to advocate for myself in a safe and effective manner and I would love to share this new
information to my co women and some men that has been also harassed because yes harassment can
happen to anyone regardless of age,gender or preferences. This also gives me new knowledge that I
may share with my female students,female co-workers and female friends who are more likely to have
experienced this sort of trauma. It also taught me that harassment is a crime, regardless of how minor
or severe the impact on you is. To properly support our students academically, we must be well-versed
in a variety of scenarios, attentive to our student's needs, and educate them on topics such as this,
because we all know that prevention is better than cure, especially when such instances include
harassment.Women empowerment is also a key to give support to our fellow women/men that’s been
harassed and unite as one to end such “persons” who live freely with having the conscience with the
things they’ve done.Know your worth,ABANTE BABAE!
As I’ve seen in social media or in news, empowerment towards women and Lgbtqia+ people are getting
the confidence that they deserve such as VP Leni Robredo who were underestimated before just
because she is a woman, “who can’t do the responsibilities as a vice president“.On the other hand,Vice
Ganda and his partner get married in America and in an episode of showtime,Vice Ganda didn’t like to
announce their engagement because of the hates and bash from the netizen who don’t know there
stories.This kind of hate is considered as cyberbullying since you say meanful and hatred statements
and such that can affect the morality of the person.I’m happy that our society are now slowly open
minded with the scenarios like this and we gen z are breaking the stereotype and stigma against the
opinionated standard of the society.Women empowerment nowadays is happening rapidly and it just
shows that women has the ability on what men can do in a society especially single mothers who are
strong enough to cater the needs of their child/s without the help from the father’s child.Couples with
same sex are also getting comfortable for who they are and aren’t now afraid of what people will say
towards them because nowadays with millennial and gen z who are ready to discuss and educate people
about this kind of relationship.Gender roles is just a social construction that is from the opinion of
people who are close minded with the reality and they think that treating bad to those people in
LGBTQIA+ people would make them do what the standard men and women in a society .As a an
educator and a gen z, I am ready to educate my students with this topic since world is evolving and we
as an educator must educate them with the right knowledge and information towards others.I belive
that the education is the most crucial instrument you can obtain to achieve the greatest level of success
in today's world. Education reduces the difficulties you may confront in life. The more education you
obtain, the more doors will open up for the person to obtain better work and personal growth
prospects.
