    The school is organizing a TWO DAYS EDUCATIONAL trip on 19th &20th November 2022 for classes IX-XII.
    The school teachers will accompany the group. Those interested in sending their ward, kindly fill in the Consent Form
    attached below and return it to the school with full trip cost of Rs.2500/- by 16.11.2022.

    2DAYS TOUR PROGRAMME

    19.11.2022 DAY 01: Assemble at school at 07:30 A.M to depart for CHITTORGARH ..
    19.11.2022 DAY 01: Arrive at Chittorgarh in the afternoon and have their lunch at Resort . Room allotment and freshening
    up.
    After lunch will go for Chittorgarh fort visit around 3p.m .
    In the evening enjoy music with campfire. Dinner and stay at Resort .
    20.11.2022 DAY 02: After breakfast check out and depart for Seth Sawariya with packed lunch .
    20.11.2022 DAY 02: Arriving to UDAIPUR in the EVENING by approx 06:00P.M

    Trip Cost by NON-AC Bus: Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) per student
    Note : Trip does not include mobile phones & personal expenses like cold-drinks,medicines.

    Mobile phones and Digital Gadgets are strictly not allowed.For any communication phone numbers
    will be provided to you.

    Any medical issues /medication taken by your child do inform us beforehand .

    It is to certify that my ward of class is joining the above trip with my consent.
    I understand that the school teachers will take all possible care and precaution to safeguard my ward. However, I will not hold the School
    Management, Principal, teachers, responsible in case of an untoward incident, mishap or natural calamity or if my ward is infected or faces
    any illness or medical consequences in the current scenario due to her/his attending the tour.
    Any indiscipline and posting on social sites will lead to strict actions against the students.

    I am depositing the full trip cost (non-refundable) of Rs.2,500/- along with this consent form.
