    Money & Risk Management Plan

    My Purpose
    (Why are you trading? Why do you want to trade? What is your main driver? What do you need
    money for? Do you want to support your current income or completely replace it?)
    I am trading because (I want a better lifestyle. To be able to get whatever I want whenever I want).
    I want to Replace my income. I don't like my current state.

    My Financial Situation
    My monthly Living Expenses (LE) are: $3000. That’s my Need Number.
    Therefore, in order to survive, I need to make:
    $3000per month.
    $18,000per quarter.
    $32,000 per year.
    From my job, I currently earn: $0 per month.
    In order to Replace my current income, I need to earn: $5000 per month.

    My Money Plan
    Based on my Backtesting/Live Performance, I can easily generate 10% per month.
    To achieve my Need Number, I need a $30,000 Trading Account.
    To replace my Job, I need a $50,000
    Trading Account.

    In order to achieve my targeted returns and account size, my Current Highest Priority Actions are to:
    1. (Focus on processes, specific actions, mindsets, habits, routines)
    Risk Parameters

    1. I will be risking 1 % per trade.


    2. My Max Loss per Day is 2 %.
    ● That is 2
    ● 2 Losing Trades in a row.
    3. My Max Loss per Week is 3 %.
    4. If my balance falls below 4 %, I will reduce my risk to 0.5 % per trade.
    ● I will trade with the reduced risk only if I am below my drawdown threshold.
    5. If my balance increases above 6%, I will increase my risk to 1.5 % per trade.
    ● I will trade with the increased risk until as long as I am 20% in profit.

    ● I target 4 % per week.


    ● I’d love to achieve 20 % per month.
    My current Win Rate is 50%.
