4. How many years have you been working in that organization? /When did you start working in that
organization?
Lexmark announced its restructuring actions that will include the exiting of the development and
manufacturing of the company’s remaining inkjet hardware, reductions in inkjet-related infrastructure and
closure of the inkjet supplies manufacturing facility in Mactan Economic Zone II in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City.
Such actions are expected to generate $85 million savings in 2013, increasing to ongoing annualized savings
of $95 million beginning in 2015.

8. Can you share any recent achievements or milestones that the company has accomplished? – research
Lexmark Cebu received 3 awards at the 2022 International ICT Awards Philippines. Most Innovative Company
of the Year, Best Global In-House Center Company, Best Company Outside the National Capital Region. The
International ICT Awards Philippines, held annually, recognizes achievements and excellence in organizations
and individuals based in the Philippines who have made valuable contributions to the industry and put the
Philippines on the global map of IT-BPM industry, as Filipinos have demonstrated world-class quality and
performance.
