    NARRATIVE REPORT

    ADDITIONAL HAND WASHING FACILITY

    Hand-washing areas in every school is important. This is to promote and maintain the
    hygienic and good health of all people inside the school premises, especially the learners.

    Our school, Sta. Peregina Elementary School added Hand washing Facilities at the back
    of the Gymnasium on November 2022. The materials were bought at the Pagkabuhay General
    Merchandise and for the labor, Mr. Alan L. Antonio is the one assigned. The estimated price for
    this project was worth 8,142.90 Php. The material bought worth 7,706 Php.

    In these files, the Certificate of Completion, Liquidation report, the Estimated Project
    Cost and the Check Disbursement Register are included.

    The Project had been done and successfully accomplished.
