    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    We, _____________________ and ____________________, both of legal age, Filipino


    Citizens, widower and married with postal address at _____________________; do hereby
    name, constitute and appoint ________________, of legal age, Filipino, married to
    __________________________ and a resident of __________________________, to be our
    true lawful attorney-in-fact; for us and in our name, place and stead, to do and perform the

    1. To represent us in the settlement of estate of our late mother

    paying taxes, including application of TIN for the estate;

    5. To pay all taxes, fees, and charges for the purpose of transferring the said
    properties in our name; and the name of any buyer as deemed fit.

    6. To process, claim and receive the Certificate of Authorizing Registration (CAR)


    at the Bureau Internal Revenue (BIR), _____________, in connection with the
    transfer and/or titling and transfer of ownership of the said parcel of land in
    our name;

    7. To cause the transfer of the said property in our name, and/or to the name of
    any buyer at the Pasig City Assessor’s Office and cause it’s registration and/or
    titling at Office of the Registry Deeds, _______________;

    8. To secure and submit all requirements needed to accomplish the above


    purpose;

    9. To sign any and all document relating to the said powers herein above given;

    10. To take, do all such further actions and deeds as maybe necessary to
    accomplish the foregoing powers.

    authority to do and perform and every act and thing whatsoever requisite necessary and
    proper to be done as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
