I. Project Rationale:

Cadaratan National High School aspires to create a well-organized school

this is through quick mass information dissemination. To achieve this goal, the
school needs to set up a Public Address System on campus.
A public address system (PA system) is a type of electronic setup that
includes loudspeakers, amplifiers, microphones, and other components. It is
used to increase the volume of a human voice, musical instrument, or other
acoustic sound source, as well as recorded sound or music, so that it may be
heard from a distance or across a large area.
The basic function of a PA system is to provide comprehensible speech. It
is utilized in any public setting when a performer, announcer, or other sound
source must be heard by a large audience, whether indoors or outdoors. In
schools, a public address system allows school officials to make announcements
to the entire campus during emergencies, routine announcements, or to guide
employees or students in a particular location.
