    Face wash

    Heated Phase
    DM water---50gm
    EDTA---0.02 gm
    Coco glucoside---15gm
    CAPB---15gm
    Aloe vera Extract---10gm
    Glycerine---2 gm
    EGMS---2 gm
    Lauryl Glucoside---15 gm

    Cool Down Phase


    Essential oil---10 to 15 drops
    FO---10 to 15 drops
    Preservative---1gm(Iscaguard PEG)

    How To Use Powder In Face Wash

    Boil water upto 80 degree then remove from heat.


    Add the powder 3 grams and cover it with lid. Let it cool down and strain with muslin cloth.
    Now you can use the same ASW per your requirement.

    Anti Acne Face Wash

    Charcoal water and tea tree + Lavender EO.

    Scrubbing Face Wash

    Add walnut Scrub powder to base.

    Coffee Face Wash


    Use coffee powder as per above instruction.

    Skin Brightening Face Wash


    Add Saffron powder or 4-5 strands of Saffron to make Saffron water and add last 3 drops of
    Saffron oil.

    Orange Face Wash


    Add orange EO Sdrops.

    Anti-Bacterial Face Wash


    Add neem EO 5drops.

    Kumkumadi Facewash:---
    Add kumkumadi oil 10 to 15 drops.

    Procedure:---
    Melt all the ingredients in heated Phase by double boiling method.
    Mix gently so there is no foam
    Heat till 70 degree,once melted,let it cool down to 40 degree or little less.
    Add cool down phase ingredients one by one and mix gently.
    Check pH of facewash ,it should be 5--5.5

    Neem and Aloe vera facewash:--

    Phase A(1+10 gm--100gm water)


    Neem and Aloe extract ---325gm
    EDTA ---1 gm
    SCI ---50gm
    CAPB --- 15gm
    Coco glucoside--- 25 gm
    PEG 150 disterate--- 1gm

    Phase B
    Phenoxyethanol ---5gm
    Sodiumbenzoate--- 1 gm
    Tea tree essential oil--- 5 gm
    Neem oil--- 1 gm
    Colour (optional)

    Charcoal facewash:---

    Phase A
    DW--- 290 gms
    EDTA--1 gm
    AOS--- 100gm
    CAPB--- 100gm
    PEG 150 disterate--- 1 gm

    Phase B
    Activated Charcoal--- 2.5 gms
    Phenoxyethanol---5 gms
    Sodium benzoate---1 gm
    Tea tree essential oil--- 5gms
    Turmeric face wash
    Xanthan gum -2 grms
    Vegetable glycerine-8 grms
    Turmeric powder-0.5 grms
    Rose Hydrosol-100 grms
    Decyl glucoside- 12 grms
    Capb-20 grms
    Capryl glucoside-30 grms
    Essential oil-(turmeric)-2 grms
    Preservatives-2 grms.

    CLEANSING MILK

    PHASE A
    1. E WAX=4GM
    2. STEARIC ACID = 2 GM
    3. CETYL ALCOHOL = 2.5 GM
    4. ISOPROPYL MYRISTATE= 4 GM
    5. LIGHT LIQUID PARAFFIN OR OIL = 10ML
    6. BEESWAX = 2 GM

    PHASE B
    1. DM WATER = 73 ML
    2. GLYCERINE= 2ML

    PHASE C
    1. PHENOXYETHANOL = 1ML
    2. FRAGRANCE AND COLOUR AS PER YOUR CHOICE
    3. CITRIC ACID = 1 PINCH

    PROCEDURE
    Heat all the ingredients of phase a and phase b in a different container on a double boiler

    heat upto 65 to 70 degree mix phase a and phase b and blend it with a beater when hot a let it
    cool down completely then add phase c. check PH balance. if it is thick add hot dm water.

    Capryl glucoside 15g Decyl glucoside 3g Carrot seed EO 19

    PHASE C
    Distilled water 42.90g
    Aloe Vera hydrosol 5g

    PHASE D
    Optihen ND 1gm

    Creamy exfoliating Facewash:----(Body and face cleanser)


    Phase A
    Sunflower oil-7%
    Kokum butter-7%
    Olivem 1000-4%
    Cetyl alcohol-2%

    Phase B: (Water)
    Water 67% (10% of 67% -6.7% extra for water evaporated)
    Kokam butter 7% based phase A
    Glycerin 3%
    Xanthan Gum 0.2%
    Coco betain 5%

    Phase C: (Cool down)

    Cherry Blossom F.O: 0.6%


    Pumice powder: 3%
    Jojoba beads: 0.1%
    Vitamin E Tocopherol: 0.1%
    Euxyl pe 9010: 1%
    Mica: 1/8tsp or a pinch
    Citric acid: applicable as per the pH adjustment

    Orange blast(Facewash):---
    Phase A(5gm---100gm water)

    Orange peel extract---325 gms


    Apple cider vinegar---25 gms
    EDTA---1gm
    SCI--50gms
    CAPB---75 gms
    Glycerine--15gm
    PEG 150 disterate--- 1 gm

    Phase B
    Phenoxyethanol---5 gm
    Sodium benzoate---1.5 gm
    Orange essential oil---5 gm
    Colour (optional)

    Uses of some ingredients:----


    Neem and Aloe vera:--
    Acne control

    Charcoal:---deep cleansing

    Orange:--- Refreshing and glow

    Coco glucoside--- foaming agent,mild surfactant,conditioner and emulsifier suitable for sensitive
    skin.

    Neem oil:-- Antiseptic,anti-fungal,anti- viral properties.Collagen production,rashes,helps


    reduction in acne.

    Charcoal:-- Activated charcoal powder-- draws bacteria,toxins, chemicals and other impurities
    from skin pores,help to achieve flawless complexion,fights acne and black heads.Detoxifying
    and tan removal.

    AOS---(Alfa olefin sulfonate)


    Mild anionic primary mild surfactant that has high foaming qualities derived from coconut oil
    and is non-drying on skin.It is free of skin irritants and is easily biodegradable.

    Procedure:---
    1)Weigh all the ingredients of phase 1 or A on weighing scale and clean jars.

    2)Put all the ingredients in a clean vessel,melt this this ingredients by double boiling method.

    3)Make sure to obtain a uniform mix without any lumps formed. Clear liquid should be formed

    4)Lather should not be formed while double boiling, therefore use a spatula to mix the
    ingredients.(Avoid using a stirer or whisker)
    5)Use a waterbath containing chilled water,to cool down the uniform and clear mix of phase A
    ingredients.Here the vessel containing the uniform mix of phase A is just kept in the chilled
    water bath.Take care that no water goes inside the phase A mix.

    6)It should cool down to a temperature wherein a thick liquid is formed.

    7)Once the required consistency is obtained,then you can add the phase B,again remember to
    mix with spatula.

    8)Transfer the mix into a container of your choice.


    9)Use after 24 hours.
