Before I start the task of SDG15 Life On Land, my Science Teacher, Pn


Aslinda binti Rahmat have brief me about what is Sustainable Development
Goal(SDG). She said the aim of SDG is to make sure our Earth will be safe for the
future generations. Since there are so many damages have done to make our Earth
suffer, we must take actions to prevent from the worst and help the to improve the
environments. I am so eager to know more about the SDG after listening to my
teacher and how I can take parts to make sure the goals achieved.
I have watched videos about SDG15 Life on Land via link shared from SDG
page. The video talk about zoonotic diseases which diseases that shared between
human and animal, deforestations and the endangered animals species. The first
video tells us about zoonotic diseases that has affected nearly everywhere, every
country in the world. Maintaining. nature and species biodiversity can protect us
against the pandemics. Dilution effect also can reduce the diseases to happen. The
deforestation and the endangered animal species shared to us overall about the
problem, causes and effects from human activities that contributed to the problem.
After watching the videos, I decided to discussed about SDG15 Life On Land
with my friends. From the discussions, we have discovered that we need to stop
biodiversity loss and manage the forest sustainably.
To start the project, we need to identify few floras and faunas around us. We
make a list of it through brainstorming. We divide the list into two categories, Fauna
and Fauna. The classifications presented by using the mind map.
Next, I also need to know about deforestation, causes, effects and solutions. I
remember my mother have told me about it while we visiting Taman Negara last April.
i also get the information more about it through browsing the internet. I present the
ideas through a table.
For the animals, I understand that we can end threats to endangered animals
though many ways. We must love the animals even though the animals are
dangerous to us. Each of the animals contributes to our balanced nature. As human,
with all the advantages that Allah gave us, we must do our part to stop any actions
that harmed animals, especially those categorized as endangered species.
Last activities, I have solved crossword puzzled given. It was so interested
because by playing the game, I can learn more about the life on land ang make a
conclusion from it.

REFLECTION

After completed the task in SDG 15: Life of land, I have


understood that everybody has a responsibility to preserve,
conserve and take care all the living things around us.
Animals and plants are part of our ecosystems. Their presence in
this nature, is to help the earth to balance and give benefits to
everything in this world including us.
As a human being, we have a great task to help the earth since
we are the ,main eason for the problem of animals and plants
facing extinction, deforestation and destruction of their natural
habitats. I understood that even kill a small animals or plants will
contribute to the extinction. A small step must be taken to help the
Earth. As for my self, I will try to practice 3R; Reduse, Reuse and
Recycle to maintain the Earth balancing. I will try to save any
endangered animals and plants, [ut them under treatment or
conserving their species to avoid them from extinction.
In future, with the SDG program, all the people will take parts in
protecting the nature willingly/
