    Introduction to AI:

    1. What is Intelligence What are different types of Intelligence?

    Intelligence refers to the ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills. Different types of
    intelligences are

    1. Mathematical Logical Reasoning: An ability to regulate, measure and


    understand the numerical symbols, abstraction and logic
    2. Linguistic Intelligence: The skills related to writing or speaking a language
    processing
    3. Spatial Visual Intelligence: The ability to perceive the visual world and the
    relationship of the object to one another
    4. Kinesthetic Intelligence: It involves the physical movement and ability to
    process information by body movement, expression and control.
    5. Musical Intelligence: An ability to understand and recognize the sound,
    rhythms, and sound patterns.
    6. Intrapersonal Intelligence: An ability to identify a person’s own strengths and
    weaknesses. An ability to check their own self-awareness.
    7. Existential Intelligence: It is an ability related to religious and spiritual
    awareness.
    8. Naturalist Intelligence: An ability related to nature and the environment around
    us.
    9. Interpersonal Intelligence: It is the ability to communicate with others and
    understand other people’s feelings.
    2. Write down the applications of AI around us

    Applications of AI around us are

    Google

    From time to time, we surf the web for things on Google , it not only gives the result ,it also
    recommends and auto-corrects our composed sentences.

    Virtual Assistants

    Virtual assistants like Apple Siri, Amazon Alexa, and Microsoft Cortana are used widely today
    and become an integral part of computerised devices nowadays.

    Gaming

    Artificial intelligence has totally upgraded the gaming experience for its clients. Many games
    these days are upheld with AI which helps in improving the designs.

    Online Shopping

    Computer-based intelligence has made our lives simpler as well as been dealing with our
    hobbies, likes, and dislikes. Therefore Netflix, Amazon, Spotify, YouTube and so forth show us
    suggestions based on what we like.

    Social Media

    web-based entertainment platforms with applications like Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.
    send us warnings about our internet shopping, auto-make playlists as per our request, etc. Taking
    selfies was never this fun as Snapchat channels make them look so cool.

    Health care

    Artificial intelligence is being utilized to screen our well-being. Plenty of chatbots and other
    health applications are accessible, which persistently screen the physical and psychological
    health of its clients.
    3. What is not AI?

    Any machine that has been trained with data and can make decisions/predictions on its own
    can be termed as AI. Here, the term ‘training’ is important.

    There are many devices like automated washing machines, Air Conditioners, bots or any
    other automatic machine require human interventions to select the parameters of performing
    the task and do the necessary preparation for the device. These types of devices are known as
    automated machines.

    Some of the devices can be turned off or operated either with remote or IoT using sensors.
    These devices are not considered as AI. The automation machine which is not trained with
    any data, it does not count as AI.
