1 Soluforce RLP, Water Service
Soluforce RLP pipe, being totally non-metallic, is absolutely corrosion resistant, and is qualified for any
kind of water service according to API RP 15S, irrespective of the chemical composition, including:
Soluforce RLP is by default supplied with metallic crimped fittings. The internal fitting part in contact with
the fluid (the “stem”) is as a standard made from stainless steel type 316 L. The outer sleeve is from
carbon steel with a protective zinc/nickel coating. For sour service, non-standard alloys may be required.
The default pressure ratings for water service are at the maximum service temperature of 65°C / 150°F.
At lower temperatures, the pressure rating may be increased as indicated in the data sheet.

2 Soluforce RLP, Oil & Gas Service
Soluforce RLP pipe, being totally non-metallic, is absolutely corrosion resistant, and may be used for
hydrocarbon service according to API RP15S, irrespective of the composition of the hydrocarbon
composition, without any limitations to the content of H2S, CO2 and other sour components. The pipe
materials (HDPE and PET fiber) are fully compatible with these sour compounds.
Cover blistering and/or liner collapse due to the accumulation of permeated gaseous components in the
reinforcement annulus cannot occur by design. Venting of the annulus, as necessary for other flexible
pipe products, is not required.
