    WHEREAS, POWER SKILLS TECHNICAL CENTER OF CAVITE, INC. is duly


    registered private Technical Vocational Institution (TVI) with the Technical Education and
    Skills Development Authority (TESDA)

    “That during a board meeting of the board of corporation last June 9, 2023 where a quorum
    was established and acting throughout resolution was unanimously approved.”

    “RESOLVED that the Learning/Training site is located at Michael Commercial


    Complex 2, Molino-Paliparan Rd., Brgy. Paliparan 1, City of Dasmarinas, Cavite.

    “RESOLVED, as if it is hereby resolved that the school hereby shall open and offer
    the following programs/qualifications:

    1. Shielded Metal Arc Welding NCI 268 hrs.


    2. Shielded Metal Arc Welding NCII 268 hrs.
    3. Automotive Servicing NCI 469 hrs.
    4. Automotive Servicing (Engine Repair) NCII 289 hrs.
    5. Bookkeeping NCIII 340 hrs. with SIL
    6. Technical Drafting NCII 148 hrs.
    7. Visual Graphic Design NCIII 501 hrs. with SIL

    “RESOLVED further that the above-mentioned programs shall be registered under


    the government regulating institution. Technical Education and Skills Development Authority
    (TESDA).”

    Furthermore, that the foregoing resolution, as approved is not contrary to the by-laws
    of the corporation and the same is in full force and effected to this date:
