The most common fast foods that are being sold in Ethiopia are
- Chips
- Samosa
- Egg sandwich
- Donuts
- Spicy potato /Ertib/

- Soft cakes... etc
Also there are foods which are sold in a small cafeterias & restaurants, like

- Samosa /commonly called “Sambusa” in Ethiopia/ is a fast food which is
commonly sold around schools & small villages.
- White flour
- Water
- Yeast
- Onion
- Paprika
- Pepper
- Oil
- Table salt
- Lentils
- Cabbage
- Rice
- Spinach
- Leek...
Preparation
1st- mix the flour & water adding some yeast and knead it until it makes a perfect
dough
2nd- wait until the dough rises while adding oil into the fryer

4th- after that, prepare another pan & put it on the stove to get heat
5th- put the dough on the pan to get small amount of heat
6th- after that, shape the dough triangularly and fill it with one of the additional
ingredients
- Getting a rent in which many people’s pass by also with good utilities
- Advertise your fast food by papers
- Doing your works with neat devices
- Also being neat & clear while working
- Making samosas with large quantities
- Making samosas with good qualities
- New versions making like, adding some spices
- It is Ethiopians icon food. It takes a longer time to do, also to finish eating. Doro
wet is commonly cooked on holidays, festivals, weddings, funerals, also when
guests came & so on. It is rare to see people doing also eating Doro wet on normal
days.
