> started at 8:00 am with the first participant from Getafe 2 District, AAS
Coordinator, Ernesto M. Torreon. M. Edgardo M. Lagang, PTA Rep
from Loboc District
> SDS Bianito A. Dagatan, ASDS Danilo G. Gudelosao, and ASDS
Faustino N. Toradio arrived at the venue at 8:30 am.

I. Opening Program

- informed the body that SDO Bohol received 6 awards during the
ROVII Pasidungog and the Robotics as well
- reading skill is a great issue even before the time of pandemic
- SDO Bohol considered national progrm for English and Mathemtics
- Strageic Directions with 4 PIllars
1) Access- one school per barangay (1,125 schools in SDO Bohol)
- to widen support in the kindergarten education
- out of school youth and adults

1) Mr. Alejandro J. Petalcorin, President, Bohol Province
Federated PTA
 Expressed his sentiments that during meetings they
oftentimes used their own money for their travel expenses
 Asked for support for the fund raising activity that they are
undertaking
 They have a plan to provide training for proper parenting
2) Dr. Romulo G. Cepedoza, President, Liga ng mga Barangay,
Bohol Chapter

3) Hon. Dave D. Duallo, President, League of Municipalities of
the Phils., Bohol Chapter
 Made a promise for the full support of all 47 mayors in the
Province of Bohol
 He is with the idea that education is of vital importance in
the total development of the community
 Grateful for the invitation and reiterated the promise that
all municipal mayors are always behind SDO Bohol in the
pursuit of quality education
4) Hon. Edgar M. Chatto, Representtvie, 1st District (represented
by Atty Abel Damalerio)
 Jokingly mentioned “KimLe” to address the hosts
 He expressed his gratefulness to teachers as nation-
builders
 He looked at his mom with all the optimism and hard-work
 He expressed his message of continuing support
5) Hon Vanessa C. Aumentao, Representative, 2nd District

6) Hon Kristine Alexie B. Tutor, Representative, 3 rd District
 She recalled different challenges experienced in the
province in times of pandemic and typhoon Odette
 1,107 barangays- with damaged classrooms
 Grateful for the support of private partners
 Expecting support for those who can convince private
partners and PTA presidents
 Appreciated PSDSs who are doing the extra miles,
working beyond office hours for their schools, and
nurturing them, like their own families
 Teachers need to tap the assistance of their local chief
executives
 There is a need for a diplomatic way of approaching for
assistance and support
 Take things differently for the good of the learners
 She made mention her pending bills
 Promote and protect the school children
 Establish free meals for kindergarten and elementary
school children
 She is always in support for DepEd PPAs
 But she can not promise all infrastructure projects for
reasons beyond control
 As a mother and as a daughter of an educator, she is
alwys there in the provision of support

learning programs, appropriate, and culture-based
 Provided assistance in the production of modules
 International communities committed support and donated
 Individual donors, sponsors, provided support to last mile
schools in SDO Bohol
 3,500 beneficiaries
 Functional literacy and community-based child protection
mechanism based from survey
 Development of modules for life-skill activities
 Flap-away modules (topics are related to homeroom
guidance curriculum)
 PARM module appropriate for learners for teenage
pregnancy awareness
 Personal Safety and Life Skills Modules- homeroom
guidance and sexuality concepts
 WV Targets
1) LGU support strengthened
2) Secure a copy of the reading materials from the
national office
3) Community learning facilitators and volunteers in
Brigada Pagbasa
4) Engage more partners for DepEd learning recovery
initiatives .

 Bohol is part of the priority divisions for mobile play
