FUNCTIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for repairing of all heatings,Ventilating and air conditioning unit such as air
cooled trane chillers,exhaust fan,refrigeration,freezers type A/C unit and all domestic and
commercial refrigeration units,perform welding and over hauling af all mechanical parts
troubleshooting and rewiring of electrical controls.Perforn plant and preventive maintainance
of air handling units chillers,heaters and refrigeration & air conditioning units.
Responsible in the performance of corrective and preventive maintainance of the following

equipment.
*Centralized air conditioning system
*Package type airconditioning system
*Split type airconditioning system
*Window type airconditioning
Carry out repair and routine maintenance duties on equipment building facilities aand
offices,building system grounds and structures.
Coordinate efforts with company ,contrated air conditioning vendors to ensures company
airconditioning system are functioning perfectly.
Perform inspection,maintenance,repair and installation of air conditioning system,including DDC
building controls and pneumatic system,cooling system ,refrigeration
Carry out maintenance check on heating,ventilation and air conditioning system,clean evaporator
drain pans coils and filters,lubricate fan and motor brearing repairs and change motors,electrical
wiring ,bent compressors,thermostats,fans,floating elements and defrost times.
Run equipment observe its operation and read intruments and gauge,including volt,OHM
meter,find out temperature gauge and adjust mechanisms,including values,pump and control to
specified types and amount of refrigerants and bleed periodic preventive maintenance check.
