• Identify candidates to fill internal and client openings through cold calling, internet recruiting, referral
generation, social networking etc.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and reference checks
• Understand and summarize candidate's key strengths, liabilities, and requirements
• Maintain contractor relationships to foster future business and identify new opportunities through existing
clients
• Proactively recruit and maintain relationships with highly sought-after candidates for client marketing

Your above payments are subject to following Statutory Deductions:
1. TDS: Based on Savings plan and / or proofs of Investments, your Tax liability will be worked out and
informed to you by Accounts Dept., and accordingly Taxes will be deducted at source from the
remuneration due to you.
2. Provident Fund is considered to be an inclusion of CTC (Cost to Company) *.
3. You will be governed by company’s rules and regulations (and practices) as enforced from time to time on
matters specified whether specified herein or not, including on matters such as designation, emoluments
and the structure thereof, working hours etc.
a. Company’s decision on all such matters shall be final and binding on you.
4. The company reserves the right to modify all or parts of the employee’s remuneration structure to comply
with any changes in government policies to be in compliance with the Labor laws.
5. As per the company practices, employees working in SGS for about a year are eligible for 60,000 INR
during this tenure, which is directly linked with performance of an individual. This program is called
Performance Linked Incentive Program (amount shown in the statement is not a surety, it depends on the
performance of an individual, it can be either lower or higher than the quoted figure).
