RESIDUE. THOROUGHLY CLEAN, REPAIR, INFILL AND PREPARE SUBSTRATES TO RECEIVE NEW FINISH OR SYSTEM AS SPECIFIED AND IN
WORK, FILL RESULTING OPENINGS, PATCH THE SURFACES AND FINISH TO MATCH ADJACENT SURFACES.
13. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REPAIR OR REPLACE DAMAGE TO EXISTING CONDITIONS CAUSED BY CONTRACTOR'S ACTIONS.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED CONDITIONS SHALL MATCH THE INTEGRITY OF THE ADJACENT AREA OR SURFACE.
14. THE WORK AREA SHALL BE CLEANED AND DEBRIS REMOVED IN SEALED COVERED CONTAINERS OR POLYETHYLENE BAGS EACH
DAY. FINES ASSESSED AGAINST THE OWNER FOR THE EXCESSIVE ACCUMULATION OF DEBRIS SHALL BE PAID FOR THE CONTRACTOR.
15. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINAL CLEAN UP AND TOUCH-UP PAINT WORK.
16. REMAINING SUBSTRATES FROM WHICH EXISTING FINISHES ARE REMOVED SHALL BE MADE SUITABLE FOR APPLICATION OF NEW
FINISH. DAMAGED SURFACES SHALL BE REPAIRED TO RECEIVE NEW FINISHES
17. PIPES AND CONDUITS SHALL BE CONCEALED IN CEILING AND WALL SPACES, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
18. SPACE BETWEEN THE UNDERSIDE OF BEAMS AND CEILING IS LIMITED. COORDINATE DUCTWORK, CEILING DIFFUSERS AND
REGISTERS WITH OTHER TRADES TO PREVENT CONFLICT AMONG TRADES AND THE UNNECESSARY WASTE OF USABLE SPACE.
19. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING THE PROPERTY AND MATERIALS AT THE END OF EACH WORK DAY.
20. FLAMMABLE MATERIALS SUCH AS GASOLINE SHALL NOT BE STORED ON PROPERTY.
21. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN AND DISPLAY ON EXTERIOR OF PROPERTY, ALL REQUIRED PERMITS PRIOR TO THE
COMMENCEMENT OF THE WORK.
22. PERMIT SHALL REMAIN CURRENT AND BE DISPLAYED FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE PROJECT. FINES ASSESSED OR LIENS
