REMARKS:
1. The above prices excluding the followings: -
• Any temporary access road to site.
• Any kind of foundation, civil, structural works and platform support.
• Any supper drainage works, drainage flow systems, and outflow.
• Any necessary dismantle, chipping, hacking or opening works.
• Any brickworks, plastering works, door works, window works, and painting works.
• Incoming main electricity supply to the Seller equipment/machinery, control switchboard/ distribution board, its wiring
connection, wiring conduit/ ducting, and brackets.
• Power supply including but not limited to all room lighting during project installation. (Has to be provided by end user)
• Machine room air ventilation system, brackets, conduit, ducting, insulation, and humidity control system.
• Incoming main water supply to equipment/machinery, all the piping connection, and piping brackets.
• Any wiring, bracket, conduit, ducting, piping, piping insulation supply as per design, distance beyond designated location will
be charge accordingly.
• Any temporary dumpster and disposal of debris on site after completion of work.
• Any purchase materials out from The Seller scope of works.
• Any air pressure supply
• Any boiler/steamer equipment (Used by Cooking Line)
• Local authority approval if any, for example LS Inspection and etc. licenses/ certificates.
• All duties, taxes and licenses will be levied by government functionaries in connection with the project.
• Necessary lifting equipment such as: crane, forklift etc
• Refrigeration gas and lubricant oil (If applicable)
• Hauling, transport of imported equipment and materials from the seaport to the job site.
• Quarantine expenses, PCR test, VISA and working permit for the China engineers during the installation period
• Other charges which are not specifically stated hereby.

Terms of payment: 40% deposit after confirmation order been signed

60% balance One (1) week before delivery, bill and recognize as contract revenue

Validity: 30 Days

Delivery: 60 – 90 Working days (Machine ready days after deposit received)

*IF, there is movement restriction in the origin country/ area due to COVID-19 or infectious diseases, it will
affect the delivery days

Incoterm: CIF JAKARTA

Note: Freight and sailing schedule (if relevant) subjected to shipping liner and forwarder, beyond Seller
control. The Seller will not be responsible for any delay due to Shipping and/or Force Majeure

*Important Notice: We will not change our bank account, if you get the e-mail with the changing bank account notice, please be careful
for the hacker's fraud message.

COMMISSIONING:
Buyer is responsible for unloading the equipment and placing such machinery under cover in a suitable place safe from damage or
deterioration.
Buyer is responsible for any and all preparation required for installation of the machinery in its works including substantial foundations on
the site for the machinery and the provision of and connection to the machinery of all the necessary service, all of which shall be carried
out at the buyer’s expense.
Buyer is solely responsible for the provision at its expense of any fuel, services, consumable materials or power used for the installation or
subsequent operation of the machinery.
If any adjustment or rectification is necessary the Company’s personnel are to be given immediate access to the machinery for such time
as they require.

WARRANTY
Our company warrants our equipment to be free from any defect in material for a period of one (1) year after the date of commissioning.
We are not liable for any loss of damage arising out of the following:
• Artificial / ordinary wear and tear, corrosion and erosion.
• 3rd handling, miss-operation, unauthorized modification and improper maintenance by the buyer.
• The damage caused by transportation or loading in shipment as well as unexpected factors such as wear & tear, strikes and etc.
• Mechanical or electrical items which are of an expendable nature are exclude from this warranty.
• The benefit is this warranty shall apply only to you as buyer.
• We allow 12 months of warranty to the product supplied by us. This warranty is restricted to the occurring manufactures errors
and does not imply interruption caused by any form of wears parts subject to use.
• To spare part or enclosures obtained from third persons we do not give any longer warranty than this third supplier.
• Warranty also expired if the opposite party execute activities or alter the machine supplied.
• In case the opposite party does not come up completely, partially or does not come up in time to the obligation arisen from the
engagement closed between the parties, we are not obliged to warranty as long as the situation continuous.
• Warranty expires if buyer does not respect the payment terms agreed.

A round trip air ticket is to be borne by buyer if our skilled technical person is required to send for warranty or maintenance of the machine
at the customer site outside Jakarta. Hotel (at least 3 stars hotel) and meal including airport and hotel pick up to be borne by buyer.

REPLACEMENT RIGHT
We reserve the right to alter design and / or replace components specified as per above with approved equipment in order to meet
delivery time and capacity should market availability at the time of purchase force us to do so.
