I) Introductions

People's habits change over the years, their needs and

preferences too, and therefore entrepreneurs must take into account
these determining factors and offer a product or service that best adapts
to these changes.

In a megalopolis such as Tshopo, the demands of life

professional lead more and more people to seek relaxation and
entertainment. This is where the idea of our SONG FOOD project was
born.

SONG FOOD which consists of setting up a new restaurant

concept which offers, in addition to ordinary catering services, other
additional services such as a relaxation area, a games room and other
services of the same kind which has met with great success at our target
clientele, namely employees, all within a framework friendly warm and
welcoming in order to allow our customers to decompress to better
appreciate their lunches.

The idea is to make song food a pleasant moment of

relaxation for better resume their activities in the afternoon.

Presentation of the services offered by song food

As already reported, "Lunch Time" comes to satisfy a number

of needs felt by our clientele who are employees and civil servants who do
not eat their meals at home.
This restaurant will be open between 11:30 a.m. and 10 p.m.
In addition to catering, we also find boyomaise lounges equipped with
television and a small bathroom. Games (pool table and foosball table).

We have chosen a subscription system; only members will be

entitled to our services. Meals will thus be paid for by the monthly
purchase of a notebook collecting a certain number of tickets (10 tickets,
20 tickets and 25 tickets).

Meals will be served buffet style; that is, they will be

presented in a showcase where the prices of the items will be displayed
(dish, salad, drink, dessert).

After choice of meal (self-service), the customer will go to the

checkout for presentation of the ticket as payment method. If the price of
the meal exceeds the value of the ticket, the remainder is subtracted
from the amount of the guarantee paid during the subscription,
inotherwise (the price of the meal does not reach the value of the ticket),
the difference between the two amounts will be reduced next month
when purchasing the next notebook.

The main service offered is obviously that of catering, its

originality and its plus compared to others is the combination between a

The activities assigned to this position are as follows:

 Search for new markets.

 Communication and advertising.

Justification of the choice of the project:

Kisangani, capital of the Tshopo, is home to a large mass

Congolese and foreign companies, whether headquarters or subsidiaries.
Thus, a large number of workers work in this city, the latter not being
not all Boyomaise, but also inhabitants of the surrounding areas.

The main remark is that small restaurants and snack bars

are experiencing a very important activity between noon and 2 p.m.
Indeed, employees, unable to take their lunch at home due to lack of
time and distance, prefer to eat close to their place of work. They are
mostly dissatisfied products and services offered; in addition they do not
feel comfortable during and after lunch time for lack of comfort and
friendliness …

This project presents several opportunities for success that can be

identified as

next.

 First of all, it is a rather original concept (restaurant offering

Rather special annexes)

 Changing people's habits and their behavior in the face of

Restaurants (increase in the number of people who do not take their
lunch

Outside between noon and 2 p.m.)

 The existence of a very significant demand at the level of active

people (Work pressure and need for fast and complete service).

 The catering sector is a very attractive sector thanks to its rate of

fairly stable growth which is constantly increasing whatever the
period or season.

Financial policy

The fact that we are new entrants constitutes a significant obstacle, given
the importance of the capital that we must invest for the premises, the
expenses of personnel, materials required, and any necessary funding.

A financial policy consists of bringing together the financial means of the

company to achieve the general objectives taking into account the
constraints and reclassifying the company's financial objectives
according to their priorities.

Thus, our objectives are as follows:

 Development;

 Profit;

 Financial security.

Priority here is given to growth, hence the significant use of debt to the
detriment of independence. To benefit from the effect of leverage, high
profitability and large profits must be ensured.

Origin of the share capital

Initially, the share capital of the Company will consist of the
shareholders' contributions or shares of the shareholders who constitute
the share capital according to units or number of shares issued by the
members of the Company.

At the stage of operation or maturity, the income of the company will

come mainly from:

- Reserved statutory and legal recorded in the act of constitution,

- The donations and legacy of the partners,

- Gains and benefits of ordinary and extraordinary sales,

- Subsidies of The state and international bodies,

- Exceptional income from regular activity,

- Short-term borrowings and debts

- Damages received from third parties.
