Systems Limited is a Pakistani public technology company that is involved in mortgage, apparel,
retail and BPO services. Systems is the parent company of the Techvista Systems (United Arab
Emirates), Systems Arabia (Saudi Arabia), Systems Misr (Egypt) and Techvista Qatar (Qatar).
The company provides services in various areas such as digital consultancy, business
applications, data management & analytics, cloud services, application development, application
integration, security, IT infrastructure, user experience, cloud team, quality assurance, and
application modernization.
We will analyze the company’s appraisal form on the basis of its components and characteristics.
The appraisal form of System’s Limited contains a proper section for an employee’s basic
information because it asks employee’s name, manager’s name, job title and date of the meeting.
This appraisal form fulfills the criteria of objectives as it contains its separate section under
performance goals in which the measurement criteria and weightage is also asked.
The form also contains a list of competencies and all these have also been defined but the
indicators needed to evaluate that competency are not mentioned.
In this form, the employee’s achievements and contributions have not been acknowledged as we
see that there is no mention of the rater being asked to list the employee’s achievements.

Simplicity:
The appraisal form of Systems Limited doesn’t contain simplicity in it because this form is too
long, convoluted and complicated. This form isn’t easy to understand, administer, quick to
complete, clear and concise. Hence, this appraisal form doesn’t contain simplicity in it.
Relevancy:
Systems Limited appraisal form has relevancy in it. It contains information related directly to the
task or responsibilities of the job i.e. Project on Microsoft workshop in this appraisal form.
Hence, it has relevancy regarding project.
Descriptiveness:
This appraisal form somewhat has descriptiveness in it but not deep descriptiveness that is has a
precise and brief descriptiveness.
Adaptability:
This form doesn’t has adaptability feature in it because different departments has its own goals
and objectives hence this form can’t provide any ideas that different departments adapt them for
their particular needs and situations.
